Strategic Pursuit Specialist

Lead strategic market pursuits as a Senior Pursuit Specialist. Coordinate complex proposals, marketing strategies, and collaborative efforts across North America's market.
In this role, you will work closely with leadership in the water business line, managing the full cycle of proposal development from brainstorming to final submission. You will also team up with marketing and public relations experts to amplify brand awareness and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct all elements of complex pursuits
• Facilitate Go/No-Go discussions and strategy reviews
• Manage content compatibility and schedule adherence
• Prepare and refine final proposal submissions
• Support client development activities and tracking
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of related pursuit experience
