Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division in Aguascalientes is seeking a Quality Manager to drive quality initiatives and ensure compliance with quality systems. This role involves strategic leadership, developing business strategies, and optimizing resources to meet customer needs.
The ideal candidate will have an Industrial Engineering degree and 5–7 years of management experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive. Proficiency in English is required along with strong leadership skills to motivate teams.
