Strategic Sourcing Analyst - IT Procurement

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Sourcing, the Strategic Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for technology and service acquisitions enterprise‑wide. They will work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand procurement requirements and lead agile sourcing methodology, including determining evaluation and negotiation strategies for assigned projects. The role includes sourcing and contracting for IT related purchases—software (SaaS/Cloud), hardware, managed services, and consulting services—of medium‑to‑high complexity. The specialist will lead the sourcing and contracting process for medium‑to‑high‑complexty tasks: vendor investigation, developing sourcing strategy, bid solicitation/RFx, negotiating contract pricing, commercial terms, and completing all necessary procurement documentation for varied IT contracts with new and existing vendors.
