Strategic Sourcing Manager

Lead supplier on‑time delivery performance improvement efforts, local sourcing, and local cost reduction pipeline for assigned categories/commodities in the Vertiv Americas region. Promote a lean culture and continuous improvement mindset while working closely with suppliers, Category Management, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Planning, Operations, Engineering and Logistics functions to enhance on‑time delivery performance and resiliency.

• Establish and drive supplier performance improvement programs to continuously enhance on‑time delivery, cost, quality and risk reduction for assigned commodities.
• Plan and lead regular supplier business and performance reviews with Category Managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Lead local sourcing activities for the Vertiv Mexicali plant, anticipating and driving change.
