Structural Engineering Role in Alberta

Become a Structural Engineer with a focus on a large brownfield industrial facility. This role offers a site-based, Monday-Thursday fly-in fly-out schedule, with travel from Calgary or Edmonton.
The ideal candidate will oversee structural engineering oversight and develop inspection programs to ensure operational excellence. You'll assess structural conditions and provide essential support, contributing to the safe and reliable functioning of the plant in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a structural inspection program
• Assess conditions of structural assets including conveyors and platforms
• Provide daily engineering support to plant operations
• Review and recommend changes related to structural components
• Prepare engineering documentation and reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering
• P.Eng. designation registered in Alberta
• Minimum of 5 years in structural engineering within heavy industry
