Reference V. GLOBAL BANKING TECHNOLOGY & OPERATIONS (GBTO) delivers day-to-day services to Global Banking & Investor Solutions (GBIS) Business Units and their clients. With IT & Operations teams working side by side under the same leadership, GBTO aims to meet the evolving needs of its clients and market requirements, anticipate technological advances, and accelerate and support the transformation of GBIS activities. The Loan Servicing Group oversees the booking and administration of the loans for Société Générale New York branch. The department comprises two main groups: the Closers responsible for setting up the deal in the bank’s system (LIQ), and the Servicers who manage the loan administration (notices, funding, interests & fees).
