Student Conduct Specialist

Yorkville University is seeking applications for the position of Student Conduct Specialist. This is a student‑focused role supporting the University’s commitment to fairness, accountability, and care through thoughtful conduct processes and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for students seeking information and support related to rights, responsibilities, policies, and procedures.
• Provide clear, trauma‑informed, and culturally sensitive guidance to complainants, respondents, and witnesses, and refer students to appropriate campus and community resources.
• Support and deliver educational initiatives related to student conduct, conflict resolution, academic integrity, and community standards.
• Receive, assess, and manage student concerns, complaints, and appeals in accordance with university policy and principles of procedural fairness.
