How You’ll Make a Difference

• Assist with conducting apartment showings and responding to leasing inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, and tenant files
• Prepare leasing documents, notices, and general correspondence
• Manage scheduling for showings, and appointments
• Handle phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
