Core Responsibilities and Activities
• Social Media: Content ideation, planning, and execution across platforms.
• Webinar Communications: Support promotions, coordinate content with Training Manager, and manage invitations to the contact database.
• Administrative Support: Expense tracking, vendor follow-ups, and inventory management of promotional materials.

Skills, Education, and Experience Requirements
• Active student pursuing a degree in Marketing
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

Nice to Have
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for quick internal design needs (social media assets, invitations, etc....
