• Responsibility for the total studio talent management by creating a coaching and development culture that embraces a passion for fitness.
• Lead and create an agile studio workplace that inspires members, strengthens community, and drives membership growth and retention.
• Provide direction and leadership for an entire studio location of 15 employees.
• Lead and inspire the studio team to meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Own the day-to-day business performance and studio operations.
• Train, mentor, and manage team members across sales, marketing, and prospecting initiatives.
