About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Subscription Renewal Specialist to join our operations team. This is a key role that sits at the intersection of accounting, sales, and operations, with a focus on managing the full lifecycle of software subscription renewals.
You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure renewals are processed accurately, customer communication is timely and professional, and our internal systems reflect clean data.
