SAP SF Implementation LMS consultant
- Conduct design workshops, manage client counterparts, work with overall HR stream lead
- Develop and own Learning workbooks and guide client counterparts on use
- Manage off-shore module support resources
- Have End to End implementation experience including designing, implementing, and cutover of Learning module and integration with broader SuccessFactors suite (Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance/Succession, etc.)
- Experience with Talent Intelligence Hub
- Understand the business HR aspect of Learning across a variety of industries
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to translate and explain technical processes to non-technical audiences and bring them on the journey
