About the Role

We are actively seeking a Superintendent, Mill Planning to lead all mill maintenance planning and scheduling activities at the Côté Gold mine site. The role is accountable for managing the planning team, providing support to operation planners, and developing robust maintenance programs and shutdown plans. The goal is to maximize plant efficiency, minimize production disruptions, and ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans, including shutdowns and turnarounds, to ensure asset reliability and minimal operational disruption.
• Lead and coordinate the planning team to schedule, prioritize, and execute work orders effectively in alignment with operational requirements.
