Medium sized General Contractor seeking a Superintendent to focus on tenant improvements of ICI buildings in Vancouver. Salary range is $90,000 – $110,000.

General Site Operations:

Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection on site Superintendent will be a self-starter and able to work off their own initiative. Good ability to manage schedules, costs, pre-construction, subcontractors and invoicing.
