Position objectiveLead the team (up to approx. 50 people), ensuring the discipline and measure to achieve the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets.Roles & responsibilities- Provide and maintain an environment with high standards of Health and Safety.Establish the standar work (WI) & leads continuous improvement by using BRPMS.Collect information on the main KPIs and implement the appropriate measures when necessary.Manage Personnel (internal regulations apply, time and attendance process, turnover, environment,process follow up according to WI).
