Take charge as a Farm Supervisor with South Kelowna Fresh Fruit in beautiful Kelowna, BC. Oversee daily farm activities, ensuring safety and quality in a full-time, permanent capacity.
Ideal candidates will have 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience and will manage a team of 5-10 general farm workers and harvesting laborers. You’ll be responsible for on-site compliance with bio-security measures and maintaining production records as remote work isn’t an option.
Key Responsibilities:
