**Profile**:
- Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Business Administration with at least 5 years of experience.
- Proven experience in the injection plastic industry, preferably within medical or scientific sectors.
- Expertise in Molding and Blowing Injection, and Geometric Tolerances (GD&T).
- Lean Manufacturing skills, with a Green or Black Belt being highly desirable.
