Summary of Position
Reporting to either the FOH Manager, KM, or GM, the Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for training and developing servers, hosts and bar tenders to support superior operations and guest service.
The Supervisor will be accountable for meeting budgeted financial goals, including labor cost, guest satisfaction metrics and all service standards.
Maintaining a clean, sanitary and inviting guest environment is a top priority.
