DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
To provide a professional approach to work concerning areas such as attitude, dependability, and appearance
Ordering merchandise and ensuring that orders are with approved suppliers and approved by Manager
Supervise staff to maintain the standards and daily operation of the department
Provide information, assistance, and service to customers in a manner which will promote the sale of merchandise and meet the needs, requirements, and expectations of the consumer
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department and supporting the training process of new hires
Oversee the reception of merchandise and unload freight
Adhere to site cleanliness standards
Display high performance service standards
To be familiar with and adhere to Prairie North Co-op policies and procedures
