As our Sealing Supervisor, you will need to plan, organise, direct and control the activities and operations of Chip Seal Surfacing across our Masterton Region. This will include the management and supervision of our Sealing Crew to ensure optimal resource management.Role:You need to have proven previous experience in a supervisory/foreperson role, preferably within the Civil Engineering Industry and have a strong health and safety focus.
