Supervisor – Toxicology

As a Supervisor for our Toxicology group at the Sherbrooke location, you will be supervising a team to mobilize, empower, and develop employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employee and department performance management.
• Give employees feedback in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with company divisions to optimize operations.
• Guide, train, coach, support and maintain a collaborative team and a continuous improvement approach.
• Ensure and promote positive working relationships with the management team, Human Resources and key collaborators.
• Communicate expectations regarding quality, performance, goals, animal welfare, and health and safety.
• Review and respect budgets for assigned sectors.
• Manage various operational challenges.
• Apply the principles of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
