Summary This position serves as a District Manager (DM) within the Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Technical Operations, Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW) District, AJW-CS Responsibilities Directs a highly technical and diverse workforce in ensuring the effective maintenance and repair of National Airspace System (NAS) equipment and facilities. Incumbent will have day-to-day direction over 3-5 subordinate managers as well as functionally integrated teams of operational and support personnel. Interfaces with management across multiple organizational units and integrates projects/programs across multiple service units. Provides coaching, mentoring, and development of staff and organizational capabilities and is responsible for team-building throughout the facilities in the District. Sets priorities, assigns tasks and responsibilities, and monitors and evaluates performance of organizational units within the District.
