Supplier Quality Engineer

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer.

Authority : Generate the monetary charges that result from mistakes of our suppliers, control the scrap in SAP according to our processes, ask for extraordinary actions with our suppliers, ask for the resources derivatives of quality problems.

Implement a variety of supplier quality systems including supplier manuals, work instructions, formal assessments, metric reporting and various quality documents related to Supplier Selection, Qualification and Development, various projects as assigned by the Supplier Quality Manager that facilitate supply chain continuity, supplier development and maintenance of line profitability, serves as an active quality liaison and main point of contact between suppliers, supply chain, operations and engineering when major quality problems exist that affect product quality.
