Supplier Quality Leader

_**Position Summary**:_Support and manage the quality of products and processes supplied by external vendors.Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and drive improvements to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and product quality.

- **Team Supervision**: Lead efficient day to day operation of the Supplier Quality Engineers, including resources review; hiring, performance review and development of personnel.Direct daily workplace activities of Supplier Quality Engineers in the plant.
- **Issue Resolution and Communication**: Interface with suppliers to identify and resolve Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR), analyze supplier quality data, and ensure timely communication and resolution of quality concerns.
