Supply Chain Analyst Iv

Member of the Automotive North America S&OP Team will manage capacity and supply planning for assigned manufacturing plant. This position is responsible for analyzing and facilitating the implementation of capital improvements required to maintain production capability to meet all customer requirements within the long-range planning horizon.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze all machine, press and tool capacity monthly, identify constraints and recommend capacity solutions that satisfy long term demand.
- Lead Capacity Consensus meetings involving all stakeholders to kick off capacity expansion projects as needed.
- Create simulations to show the impact of new assets on the long-term capacity of the site. Includes creating charts to project recovery timing from the constrained situation.
- Facilitate monthly S&OP Supply Review meetings for the manufacturing site.
