Description
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess the equipment, supplies, and service needs for the fitness center, in collaboration with management and other relevant departments.
- Research, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms (quality, cost, lead times).
- Follow up on orders and manage supplier relationships.
- Establish and regularly update a purchasing plan to meet the needs of the gyms and optimize costs.
Purchasing Management:
- Ensure optimal inventory management, including stock control and demand forecasting.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with various teams (maintenance, member services, etc.) to anticipate and meet operational needs.
