Hiring Requirements

The Supply Chain Planner plays a pivotal role in balancing demand, supply, and production capacity to ensure optimal product availability, service excellence, and cost efficiency. This position is responsible for creating and executing optimized daily production plans, managing short-term demand-supply alignment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also encompasses the critical functions of material ordering and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure timely and cost‑effective procurement and availability of necessary supplies. By fostering collaboration across Sales, Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and Finance, the Supply Chain Planner significantly contributes to inventory optimization, service level improvements, and sustainable growth.
