Responsibilities
Responsibilities are mainly related to the strategic global supply chain activities which include:
- Customer communication (market trend, global freight updates, critical shortages, excess liability).
- Customized supply chain programs (Agility implementation, hybrid high runner programs, safety stock).
- Increased/sustained margin (pricing exercise, CC/SC administration, PPV mitigation, optimized freight).
- Cash flow improvement (AP/AR delta, Aged claims, inventory turns)
