Job Summary

DeHavilland Aircraft of Canada Limited (DHC) is a storied name in the aerospace industry. We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented student to join our Supply Chain team as a 12‑16 month placement starting May or early June2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating the supplier database with accurate and up‑to‑date information.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and updates.
• Prepare and issue low‑complexity RFQs to suppliers as required by the procurement team.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure RFQs meet the necessary specifications.
• Aid in creating and validating new part numbers, ensuring consistency and accuracy in the system.
• Assist with RFP projects, providing support as needed to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
• Contribute to the generation and allocation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
