Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager

Are you our next Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager ? We're looking for a new talent to complete our team! In this role (asap, 100%) in Zurich, you will help drive efficiency, optimize processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your knack for communication allows you to lead the warehouse team and make our customers happy.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a fantastic team of 5 shift leads and over 50 warehouse hourly workers across two shifts, six days a week
• Ensure correct products and volumes are delivered to the customer on time, in full, and following the FEFO principle
• Track productivity daily in order to meet or exceed your budget targets
• Optimise and implement new processes to reduce costs and waste while increasing overall productivity
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and well‑organised working environment
