**JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE**

Provides first line supervision of Entergy full time and temporary Chemistry personnel in a safe, productive manner, manages multiple and possibly conflicting priorities, and demonstrates proficiency at managing a multi-disciplined group, possibly including union and contractor oversight.

**JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**

SET and reinforce standards and expectations through monitoring individual behaviors on a regular basis for the application of Chemistry Fundamentals and take action to correct performance gaps.

MONITOR the status of and provide oversight for individual programs (e.g., PWR primary water, PWR secondary water, BWR water, open cooling water, closed cooling water, RETs, REMP, chemical control, hazardous waste, groundwater monitor...
