**We are currently looking for a **Sup de Distribucion** to join our team in **A1 Plant****A Day in the Life**:- Preparation of standard route sheets, analysis of alternative routes, and rules of action in process deviations.
- Interview and hire new employees under your responsibility (drivers), including training and operational assignments.
- Creation of logistics schedules and increase route efficiency performance.
- Reengineering of logistics flow and implementation/usage of Fleet Management System.
- Inbound Logistics Control Tower main contact, audit and review of the integral maintenance process.
