Supv Maintenance

General Objective

Supervise and coordinate the execution of autonomous, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance when applicable, in alignment with the established maintenance plan. Ensure the availability, reliability, and regulatory compliance of critical plant systems, including sterilization, utilities, infrastructure, and support equipment. Responsible for leading technical personnel, monitoring work quality, enforcing safety, quality, and environmental standards, and contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the department.
