Job Overview Garland Commercial Ranges (Mississauga, Ontario) is looking for a Production Supervisor IV on the Day Shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM). This full-time permanent role focuses on ensuring quality and quantity production, meeting production plan targets, coordinating workflows, and upholding safety, productivity, quality, and housekeeping standards. The position reports to the Production Manager and involves participation in New Products Introduction.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for quality and quantity produced in one or multiple production departments.
Ensure safety, productivity, quality, and housekeeping goals are obtained.
Fulfill the total amount of units to be built in accordance with the production plan.
Participate in New Products Introduction.
Coordinate production activities, people, processes, and materials to complete production schedules according to process specifications.
