Bearbeitung von Incidents, Changes und anderen Service-Requests (2nd und 3rd Level)

Update und Betrieb von Microsoft-Infrastruktur-Komponenten

Planung und Durchführung von Installationen und Migrationen

Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung der Sicherheitsanforderungen in Windows-Server-Infrastrukturen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik bzw. abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum / zur Fachinformatiker/-in o. Ä. 

Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Aufbaus und im Troubleshooting von einem oder mehreren der folgenden Systemen:
- Microsoft Exchange 2016 / 2019
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange Hybrid
- Microsoft Hyper-V / S2D / Azure Local
- Microsoft PKI
- Microsoft Active Directory (AD) / AD-Security
- Microsoft NPS / Radius
- Microsoft SCCM
- Microsoft RDS / AVD
