What you will be doing
- Design and document solution requests together with Sales with high speed, responsiveness, and a strong focus on quality and completeness
- Ensure end‑to‑end, high‑quality documentation in close alignment with key stakeholders, including R&D, Solution Sales Consultants, third‑party suppliers, implementation teams, and factory order centers
- Proactively track and steer projects across pre‑sales initiatives and customer orders
- Actively contribute to and support the standardization of processes across the entire end‑to‑end systems lifecycle
