Systems Engineer Senior II

The Systems Engineer Senior II will play a leading role in a multi-disciplinary project team developing new and innovative solutions for the Royal Canadian Navy and its partners in the Anti-Submarine Warfare (AWS) domain. The successful candidate will lead small-to-medium sized systems Engineering projects, manage technical work packages within cost and quality requirements and serve as the subject matter expert and influencer to make complex decisions.

Nationality Requirements

Candidates must be eligible to obtain a security clearance (secret) required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies a breadth and depth of engineering skills to develop solutions to complex problems within time, cost and quality constraints.
• Supports the technical proposal and bid efforts.
• Defines and manages system and subsystem requirements.
