0.50 FTE Grades 4-9 Blended Learning HLC Teacher – Outdoor Learning (Temporary, subject to enrollment)

Location & Availability

Ucluelet, BC. Must provide face‑to‑face instruction and may teach up to 2.5 days per week during blended learning days.

Qualifications

• Training, certification and/or direct experience teaching online or blended programs in British Columbia.
• Experience in place‑based/experiential learning.
• Wilderness First Aid an asset; must have Standard First Aid.
• Experiential learning in an outdoor setting.
• Outdoor leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teacher teams to integrate curriculum, project‑based learning, and personalization in multi‑grade classrooms.
• Experience creating online learning resources for learners and families (e.g., Desire to Learn, Google Classroom).
