Position Summary
Reporting to the HR manager, the Talent Acquisition Advisor acts as a strategic partner to managers and employees. They advise and support them across all HR areas while ensuring the implementation of HR programs in compliance with internal policies, laws and standards. The role is responsible for the full lifecycle of personnel movements, from recruitment to departure, and actively contributes to continuous improvement of the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to managers to clearly identify recruitment needs and define the sought profiles.
- Plan and execute the full recruitment process: needs validation, job postings, talent sourcing, application management and interview coordination.
