Talent Acquisition Intern

Overview

HUB International is BC’s largest insurance broker. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Summer Intern to support full‑cycle recruitment for entry and mid‑level roles. This position will be based out of both our Burnaby Still Creek Head Office and Downtown Vancouver office, both easily accessible by transit.

Responsibilities

• Support full‑cycle recruitment for entry- and mid-level roles.
• Attend intake meetings with hiring managers.
• Post job openings, screen applications and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Communicate career opportunities to candidates and support a positive candidate experience.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
