The Talent Acquisition Manager leads recruitment strategy and delivery across Canada and the U.S, acting as a primary architect for the firm’s talent engine. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations and Delivery, this role is responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving operational excellence, and pioneering the next generation of talent acquisition practices. You will not only manage current hiring needs but also develop a long-term roadmap that integrates emerging technologies to enhance human decision‑making and scale our organizational capabilities.
