Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume recruitment operations in our Barranquilla site as we prepare for significant growth and large-scale hiring ramps in 2026. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, building scalable hiring strategies, and leading a team of recruiters to consistently meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining quality, compliance, and a strong candidate experience.

The ideal candidate brings deep BPO recruitment experience, strong people leadership, and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
