As Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you will play a central role within Aptiv's hiring across the Americas.
Having a passion for acquiring top talent, you will gain end to end exposure to recruitment activities in a fast-paced dynamic environment across multiple business units including; Software Engineering, Robotics & Autonomous vehicles.
Acting as a Talent Hub to our business units, you will receive well-rounded exposure to multiple areas of recruiting, including: advisory, sourcing, talent attraction, talent intelligence, employer branding and internal mobility.
Your Role
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and wider Business stakeholders across Aptiv
