Description
- Recruit, screen, and place exempt and non‑exempt candidates using creative internal and external sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Manage requisitions, intake calls, and serve as a liaison with external staffing agencies.
- Conduct behavioral interviews and coordinate candidate assessments and testing.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing initiatives, including job postings, advertising, and career fairs.
- Leverage recruiting tools and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) while tracking recruiting analytics.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and actively participate in company events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
