Description
Key Responsibilities: Recruit, screen, and place exempt and non‐exempt candidates using creative internal and external sourcing strategies. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles. Manage requisitions, intake calls, and serve as a liaison with external staffing agencies. Conduct behavioral interviews and coordinate candidate assessments and testing. Develop and execute recruitment marketing initiatives, including job postings, advertising, and career fairs. Leverage recruiting tools and social media platforms (Linked In, Facebook) while tracking recruiting analytics. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and actively participate in company events. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate recruiter in a full‐cycle / full desk recruitment role.
