Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to create talent pipelines for future critical staffing needs.
- Works with division leadership to understand intern staffing needs and then operates as the recruiter filling those roles. Screens, schedules and interviews applicants.
- Coordinates manager and team interviews, employment testing and reference checking pre-hire. Coordinates background to ensure screening. Extends verbal and written job offers.
- Completes weekly report on employment activity and recurring reporting on intern and trainee hiring analytics.
- Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidate pools.
- Proactively networks and leverages technology to recruit from passive candidate sources.
