**Opportunity**
2. Coordinates with the medical department to program the admissions exams required to fill the open position. Coordinates scheduling of psychological assessment.
3. Coordinates the recruitment process, including: screening resumes, arranging interview schedules, carrying out the interviews and creating effective advertising, utilizing a variety of recruitment sources (e.g., print and Internet media).
4. Follow up on hired personnel during their first month of employment to detect possible causes of desertion, to answer questions concerning the associate´s position and to orient new associates during their probationary period with the company.
6. Recommends solutions to reduce absenteeism, rotation and voluntary termination of the hourly personnel in Kohler Sanimex.
7. Works with Manager-Staffing to continuously develop and implement process improvement initiatives in the areas of recruitment and hiring.
