Position Responsibilities

Full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Engage with candidates through phone interviews, coordinate on‑site interviews, and support overall hiring workflow. Maintain accurate records in HR systems and contribute to process improvements.

  • Travel off‑site to attract qualified candidates by posting flyers, networking through the community, and attending job fairs
  • Support advertising initiatives, employee referral campaigns, and hiring events
