Role Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter Trainee who is eager to start a career in Talent Acquisition. This role provides exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, supporting talent attraction efforts across multiple areas, primarily for IT and engineering profiles. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end recruitment process. Post job openings on job boards and professional networks. Conduct candidate sourcing using tools such as Linked In, job portals, and internal databases. Perform initial candidate screenings via phone or virtual interviews.
