Position Objective

Support the execution and follow-up of strategic projects and key processes within the Talent area, contributing to talent planning and attraction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with the area’s key performance indicators.
• Provide guidance to HR teams on the use of platforms such as OCC, Computrabajo, Psycostock, and British Council.
• Manage payments to vendors related to talent attraction and planning.
• Develop materials and resources for the area’s processes.
• Coordinate and follow up on the department’s training activities.
